At SOULVIBE WEAR, your satisfaction means everything to us. Since all our products are printed on demand, we follow a clear and fair return and refund policy designed to maintain transparency while protecting quality and sustainability.
1. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
- The item received is defective, misprinted, or damaged.
- The return request is raised within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Returns for reasons such as incorrect size, color preference, or change of mind will not be accepted, as each item is made specifically when you place an order.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Once we receive your request, we will review it and get back to you within 24 to 48 hours. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or guide you through the return process.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only under the following conditions:
- The product received is verified to be defective, damaged, or misprinted.
- A replacement is not possible due to unavailability or production limitations.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. We do not offer refunds for non-eligible return reasons or for delays caused by external courier partners.
4. Exchanges
If your return request is approved and stock is available, we will process an exchange for the same item at no extra cost. Exchanges are subject to product availability and cannot be requested for a different size or design unless the original item was received in error.
5. Order Cancellations
As all products are made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your purchase.
6. Responsibility & Packaging
Please ensure the returned item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit. We reserve the right to deny returns if the product does not meet our return eligibility criteria upon inspection.
