All products listed on SOULVIBE WEAR are made to order. We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, but we do not guarantee that product representations are error-free. Variations in color, size, or placement may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or production tolerances.

3. Order Placement & Processing

Once you place an order, it is processed immediately to begin production. Please ensure all order details are correct before confirming your purchase. As all items are printed on demand, modifications or cancellations after placing the order are not allowed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer delivery across India, with an estimated shipping time of 5–10 business days. Shipping durations may vary based on location, operational delays, or external factors such as weather or courier disruptions. While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

5. Returns & Exchanges

As a print-on-demand brand, returns or exchanges are only accepted in specific situations. You may request a return or exchange if:

  1. The product received is defective, misprinted, or damaged.

  2. The request is made within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.

  3. The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at support@soulvibewear.in with your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will proceed with a replacement or refund as applicable.

Please note: We do not accept returns for sizing issues, style preferences, or minor variations.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:

  1. The product is verified to be defective or damaged.
  2. A replacement is not possible due to stock or technical limitations.

Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors.

7. Payment Terms

All transactions on SOULVIBE WEAR are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway. We accept major digital payment methods available in India. We do not store any card or payment details on our servers.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
